"All-in-one installer", will install all templates in the c: drive. The solution if picasa is installed in other drive or the higher version move these template files as follow:
From : C:\Program Files\Picasa2\web\template
To : D:\Program Files\Picasa2\\web\template
Version 3: C:\Program Files\Google\Picasa3\web\template
