View PSD Thumbnail in Windows Explorer

From upgrade of Photoshop Adobe is not included the photoshop view in
Windows Explorer Thumbnails.
To view PSD Thumbnail in Windows Explorer ,
Download the file Photoshop dll file

Copy to the path c:/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Shell
