From upgrade of Photoshop Adobe is not included the photoshop view in
Windows Explorer Thumbnails.
To view PSD Thumbnail in Windows Explorer ,
Download the file Photoshop dll file

Bulk rename utility

This software is useful in rename or replace the filname in between the
name. see more option to edit/insert/replace autonumber.

ex:
santhoshbabu.txt > sanbabu.txt - replaced the text 'thosh'

Delete Empty Folder

I found good,easy and simple utility when i try to find the exe for
deleting the empty folder which includes sub-directories,you can mention
the period'.' for the current directory.
